Fresh, thin sliced beef is not easy. It is labor intensive, requiring early morning work at the slicer. It takes longer, and costs more, than frozen beef. Most quick-serve restaurants opt for the quick and easy route, and give their customers beef that has been frozen for who-knows-how-long. At Blue Village Grill, we are dedicated to serving our customers fresh food, because we know you can taste the difference. We only use fresh, daily sliced beef on our Philly.
Our Philly Steak Sandwich, topped with crisp onions and bell peppers, mayo, and melted provolone, is 100% fresh because that is the Blue Village way. No if's, ands, or buts about it.
